LOOKING FOR A NEW TEACHING SPACE. CAN YOU HELP?

Back in 2019, God revealed that I would one day have a physical teaching space of my own. I spent months wrapping my head around this intimidating path God had set before me… but then the pandemic happened.

Recently, God’s been nudging for this process to start again, but I’m just as confused on the logistics to pull it off. On top of that, I’m not even in a place financially to do it, but yet the nudging persists. Also on top of the top of that, my “home base” for in person public group classes in St. Louis (Novel Neighbor bookstore) has outgrown me and no longer has room for what I do. (To be fair, I started feeling these vibes late 2019, so I saw it coming.)

Here’s where I hope you can help!

IN PERSON PUBLIC GROUP CLASSES
Do you know of any spaces around St. Louis where I can rent a room by the hour? It needs tables and chairs for the kids, but I can bring everything else like the dry erase board, etc. Libraries are out as they don’t like people using their space who are getting paid for whatever the event is.

MY OWN PHYSICAL TEACHING SPACE
Are you someone who rents office space around the St. Louis area, or is someone who knows someone with a space they would be willing to rent out? Ideally it should be 500-700sq ft with plenty of parking, and it doesn’t have to be street level. I know beggars can’t be choosers but when the space is me and twenty kids plus parents who linger, it needs to fit that criteria as close as possible.

If you have any questions about this or can help me out with any leads, please CONTACT ME! I feel like in many ways I’m starting over from scratch with my teaching business post-pandemic, so any help is GREATLY appreciated. Thank you for reading!
