An experimental comedy where Winston has been tasked by his creator to establish a new community located in a pure white void. Unfortunately, due to lack of supplies and being surrounded by the “lowest common denominator” types of people, he struggles getting anything accomplished. The catch is they all know they’re in a comic and know who Todd is, and seem to always be at odds with him. Did I mention that there’s a giant booger named Mr. President? No? Oh, well it’s not important.
