I want to thank everyone who stopped by my table at the St. Louis Comic Con this weekend. For a first time convention they did great and there was a good sized crowd throughout the weekend despite the fact the convention is on the northwest outskirts of St. Louis. This has been an odd convention on many levels for me.

Going into any con, you can never predict what will sell or what won’t because it’s random from one con to the next. There are no patterns at all. This is why I have a diverse set of merch because there will always be something for everyone just in case and then I’m covered.

One of the things I sell at conventions (and online) is a thing I call “Frik’in Cosplay” drawings. I take my main character from my comic, FRIK, and pretend he’s a rag doll and throw a cosplay costume on him and then he responds to it. Frik’s a surly type, so usually what he says is always bitter and sarcastic.

For the past 7 months I’ve been having hosting issues, as many of you probably have noticed. Yesterday was the final straw and I’m in the process of moving to a new host. Sorry for all the problems with my site lately, I know many of you have tried to sign up for my classes and have had problems doing so. No idea how much business I lost due to this. I’m not happy right now, will keep you posted when I switch.
