This was more or less an experiment to see what I could do with watercolors and panel boards. The creatures actually came out of the process as the first two or so layers was me doing abstract work where I would place plastic wrap on top of wet paint to see what shapes would appear.
I then inked those shapes, and started building the paints up around that. This look was not one that I had intended, but I love the final product all the same. Now to see if I can recreate the process.
