New comic announcement!

After a few months of writing scripts and working out the details, today I started sketching episodes for my next comic book titled “Holes In It”, a story about an artist father who has to deal with a very quirky son. (gee, wonder where the inspiration came for this one…)

Stay tuned, will post more details when the episodes get closer to completion and put online for you to view!

Website problems resolved

I have two domain names pointing to this site, and something I didn’t realize when switching to this new theme months ago was that it doesn’t like that very well. For months anyone using one domain would get to the site, but they couldn’t click on anything. Unfortunately this was the main domain I was giving everyone.

Finally figured out the problem today and now the site is working again for both domains. If anyone notices any oddities, please contact me! Thanks!

Something’s afoot at the Circle K

Lots of things going on in my life right now, both good and bad. One of them is trying to desperately get my art career back on track and sell some work. I’ve been focused on my comic for so long that I’ve pretty much let my art and photography go to the side, so I’m going to change that up soon.

Bought some supplies today to try a new thing that isn’t digital abstract mixed media, so we’ll see how that goes. Will also be posting a few sale items for things I have extras of in my house (photography mainly but other art as well.) Still need to add some photos to it from when I redid the design. Oy. Lots to do… Stay tuned!

In other news, the Toyshow was great and very interesting to say the least. Next gig is Project Comic Con coming up in September in St. Louis, MO.

In 2 weeks: Toyman Toy Show

In just two weeks (7/14) I’ll have a table at the Toyman Toy Show here in Bridgeton, MO. (St. Louis area) to promote my comic. I’ll be selling the comic, the cosplay drawings, the KOTK catsup gag bottles. the goblin balls, and also will be debuting the Frik Demotivational 8×10 Posters! Just $4 to get in the door (under 16 free) and it’s a one day event for a handful of hours. Hope to see you there!
